Half tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp crushed chillies
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp pesto (I used my wild garlic and hazelnut pesto)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Handful wild garlic (or 2 cloves garlic)
Pinch salt
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Put it all in the food processor and blitz!
